Rita Ramirez is the founder and President of Millbrook Strategies.  She has more than twenty-five years of experience in helping companies of various sizes and industries find innovative ways to exceed their goals.

Throughout her career, Rita has led major partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies, top global banks, major retailers, fintechs, and startups. Her areas of focus include creating successful go-to-market strategies and forging business development partnerships in the financial services, retail, and technology sectors. 

Prior to forming Millbrook Strategies, Rita worked for major global institutions such as SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), Mastercard, and Symbol Technologies (now Zebra Technologies). She also has extensive experience in working for several Silicon Valley-based startups at various stages of funding and expansion.

Rita is proud to serve as President of the Board of Directors for Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC) in the Westchester and Hudson Valley region of New York.  She also serves as a mentor for Her Honor, a non-profit organization founded by Judge Judy Sheindlin and Nicole Sheindlin that mentors in-need female high school seniors with strong female role models.
